Almost every mobile have dead motherboard at the poco service centre. I can't trust and repair it at Rs 9000. It may damage tomorrow. The fault is yours not ours and I am not liable to spend money on its repair.Either repair it or replace it.@IndiaPOCO @POCOSupport @GyanTherapy

Today suddenly my poco x3's display went black and stop responding without any reason. It didn't turned on after several tries.The nearest service centre was charging Rs 13000/- for the motherboard.I want it repaired for free as it is not my fault. @IndiaPOCO

@realmecareIN It's ok but in Realme GT 2 haptics are not present in the camera UI which fails to give the flagship experience while in a midrange phone like 9 pro+ there are haptics in the camera UI. So Realme should push an update for GT 2 and provide haptics in the camera UI. @realmecareIN

Today all of a sudden the back camera of my Poco X2 smartphone stopped working without any reason. I went to the nearest service centre and they were charging Rs. 7000/-. But I want to get my phone repaired for free as it's not my fault. @IndiaPOCO
