Present were members of the Harare Central Division Board and THQ executive staff. This initiative is included in Phase One of the #1 Ceres development, which comprises a six-phased approach over 10 years.

A big step for Harare Central Division today as they solidify their strategy for their DHQ stand at the THQ #1 Ceres Road site. Immediate plans include the construction of a DHQ Administration block and Divisional Leader's quarters (residence).
