I know there are "workarounds" outside of the Classroom through calendar or whatever, or that I can just create a unique link every single day but wouldn't it make sense to let the teacher be the host of the meetings for the Classroom link that doesn't change?

Hi @GoogleForEdu! Not letting me have host controls in my Google Classroom meetings is, I don't know, insane? Did anyone consider that letting the nine-year olds drive the bus was a bad idea? They can even mute me or allow outside people in and I can't do anything about it.
