@ManCityKD
Well, smaller clubs obviously know that a huge talent will seek for much bigger goals, so they’re simply proud that they produced a player of that calibre. Also, money.
Jadon Sancho has finally joined Man Utd after so long and the first tweets I see about him are Eden Hazard comparisons 💀
Man left 2 years ago and is still one of the most talked about players on PL twitter. Unreal legacy and the benchmark as always, best PL winger ever.
Neymar can’t beat his man anymore while Hazard barely even dares to attempt a dribble in the first place, this sport is cruel man.
Sometimes I wonder how Messi has succeeded to last so long with his body, he doesn’t get praised nearly enough for his work ethics honestly.
Time to officially say goodbye to the player that gave me so much joy since I was just a little kid. There’s so much he gave to this sport, a one-of-a-kind player with a fantastic personality. There will never be another Eden Hazard, I’ll never forget it all. Thank you, legend 💙
Messi is still the best player in the world & you can’t convince me otherwise. He has the goalscoring, playmaking, dribbling, finishing, carrying power, makes players around him much better than they actually are etc. Ppl take it for granted, he suffers under his insane standards
IT’S OFFICIAL! Eden Hazard has now achieved his 100th career Man of The Match since 09/10. He is now the third player to ever achieve this, after Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo.
Belgian excellence 🔥🇧🇪
Chelsea 14/15 were in a similar position to where Arsenal find themselves now. Form fallen off last 15-16 games but Hazard was able to drag the team over the line.
When will Chelsea ever get credit for actually outplaying the opponents? It’s always the others bottling it and not us being better.
Pep tried 3 different things in 3 different matches and still didn’t win once, so maybe that should tell you that Tuchel was simply well-prepared.
Look I’m not gonna act like Hazard’s signing didn’t go wrong, but are you really gonna play attckers without football IQ and midfielders at false 9 ahead of him? In the little gametime he had this season he’s been good.
He has to leave Madrid asap, he doesn’t have a career there
Said it once and I’ll say it again, Man United is a glorified Inter Milan with a huge brand. Bayern and Barca with 2 trebles, a sextuple, 5-6 UCLs, more league titles and far more overall trophies are clear.
We need to start hyping up Reece James more, he plays like this in his first start after a big injury. What a talent man, mind-boggling how he’s one of the lesser hyped English players.
I just don’t get it. If you have enough money to throw away 24 million as if it’s nothing, why not find a useful way to spend it? Cancer research, poverty & hunger, you name it.
Who in their right mind just goes “fuck it, let’s instead plant a diamond on my fucking forehead!”
Look at how gifted and smart these players are. Finishing, passing, first touch, movement… Everything’s still there, they only declined in PnP which is just age.
This was Chelsea’s standard, this is why a lot of our fans are “harsh” and won’t accept the current low standards.
Popular opinion: Our incredibly shitty fanbase didn’t deserve Hazard. Stop comparing him with everyone and trying to get dumb likes off him, without him we’d have become Arsenal level and would have never won the 2nd CL either. Just respect both legends and move on with your day.
THREAD: Describing Eden Hazard’s very underappreciated, yet insanely impressive career at Lille OSC. The things he achieved there are what truly describe a generational talent, and yet it’s not talked about a lot.
Wingers? Replace that with “players”. Call me biased, call me whatever, my eyes haven’t seen the performance level he put out in a Chelsea shirt for any other PL player.
S tier dribbler, playmaker, finisher and a criminally underrated passer. One of the best team players ever,…
Eden Hazard has annoucned his retirement from football.
In his prime, one of the most enjoybale players to watch.
Where does he rank amongst the all time best Premier League wingers?
Fuck it, here’s every match that I’ve found in which Eden Hazard completed 10+ dribbles. There’s likely even more of them out there that I’ve missed, absolutely frightening.
Real Sociedad (19/20): 10/12 dribbles
Huddersfield (18/19): 13/13 dribbles
France (2018): 11/12 dribbles…
Eden Hazard completed 916 take-ons during his seven Premier League seasons, more than any other in the division in that time.
The best dribbler England has ever seen? 🩰
Zidane had to deal with 50 injuries and multiple COVID cases, and yet he has a solid case for both the league and UCL.
He might be the GOAT manager uno... But fr he’s criminally underrated and Ronaldo carrying him to trophies is a massive myth.
As cool as this stat is, it’s also the reason why Drogba was held back in having up to 39 (!!) league goals that season.
It gets even crazier when you realise that this is still a capped number lol, because Drogba went to AFCON for a while as well. Most disrespected striker ever
LUKAKU IS SUPER FUCKING MADDDDDDDD. Just returned from COVID and has had an incredible performance. He’s the only attacker that does not piss me off weekly at this point.
Sometimes you won’t notice when Jorginho plays but you will notice very hard when he doesn’t play, and then you’ll truly appreciate what he does (and Kova). We are getting cooked in midfield and can’t keep the ball at all lol, my eyes are literally bleeding.
Rival fans love to shit on Jorginho when there’s an irrelevant 5 seconds clip of him getting dribbled past once, but when he dominates throughout an entire match they’re all very silent. Interesting.
This man will still be talked about in 20 years from now, even when his Madrid move hasn’t worked out.
A decade of consistency, the magical performances on many different stages & his amazing achievements will always be remembered. That, ladies & gentlemen, is legacy.
I have no words. Madrid has had so many different players injured multiple times now, and apparently Hazard now has an extremely rare injury that isn’t even known yet to the fullest.
Nah this is scary asf, we might need to save Hazard like Bale was saved by Spurs, what the fuck.
@LFCVik2
Idk what Elon has done to the videos, Twitter’s video player was never great in the first place and now it’s so much worse. Besides the fact that sometimes it only plays 5 seconds, cuts out audio etc. they also removed the skip/rewind double tap feature & pic-in-pic, which sucks.
This is absolutely fucking mad, I cannot express how much I love Tuchel. He’s one elite finisher away from dominating Europe, my god.
I don’t even bother with our line-ups anymore because I trust Tuchel that much, and I haven’t had this feeling in years. King.
Fake stats FC at it again.
Without NT numbers Hazard has 4 seasons with 30+ G/A output, and including NT numbers he even has 6.
Salah has 5 without NT, 6 including NT numbers. Only one of the two players has played in a top 5 league since 08/09 btw.
Your team’s defense is getting spanked by fucking Leeds, and the first thing you think of is Eden Hazard. It’s clear that he has traumatised you quite a lot during his reign at Chelsea.
Rent free, wherever you may be.
Underrated manager that was building an amazing philosophy here, near the end Sarriball was starting to fully click. That Baku final was up there with Everton 16/17 imo, pure dominance.
He’s mostly hated because Kepa single-handedly made us suffer some ridiculous results.
Dries Mertens. Arguably the most complete forward of the last decade (can play LW, RW, SS, ST etc. perfectly) and broke some crazy records, yet nobody ever talks about him.
I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again, how can you watch this guy and have the cheek to compare his output to players that pretty much only have to make runs and get supplied by excellent final ball specialists? Shocking how “IShowSpeed” knows more ball than most ppl on here.
People actually compared that brainless scrub to Hazard because in one particular season he had 30 tapins (and perhaps some open cutbacks assists) in a perfect Pep superteam 🤣
With all due respect, but watch this and tell me this isn’t the best player this league has ever seen. The completeness and level of threat is simply unreal man.
That day when he just arrived at the Bernabeu in front of 50K people was a crazy day, I thought his career was finally gonna explode like he deserved, but it wasn’t meant to be I guess.
I feel bad for the Madrid fans that backed him for so long, they really deserved that magic.
Yeah Hazard is a fat overrated fraud and KDB, Salah, Mané, Mahrez, Sterling, Sanchez, Griezmann, Rashford, David Silva etc. or anyone else who gets compared to him are always better. Hazard bad.
Alright, so where are my 30K likes at?
Let’s break Aubameyang’s ankle 3 times, rush him back after those surgeries and see how he does.
Worst part is all these ppl know it anyway but you know, “Hazard bad!” and you instantly get a trillion likes anyway.
“No longevity” arguments from casuals are hilarious when you know his pre-Chelsea career was already a legendary youngster career.
This season he was a top 5 league POTY nominee and a back-to-back YPOTY winner at 18 years of age 💀💀
Chelsea handles singings wrongly. It’s big names, high money and vibes. We don’t look at player profiles & what we actually need, we look at players individually and sign them blindly.
Mendy, the one singing that was carefully picked out by Cech, was our best paid signing.
The best player I have ever seen for my club and country, and an incredible person too. I don’t think I’ll ever love a player more.
Happy birthday king, wish you all the best 💙
Drogba has 2 PL golden boots and is in the top 5 of highest non-penalty output rate in PL history. Hazard was essentially a 10 out wide, never played outside a top 5 league and still accumulated about 400 career G/A.
I loathe these guys way more than Spurs man, tinpot ass club.…
Guess the club:
• They had a striker who only scored in finals
• They had a winger who was a "dribbler" with shambolic output
• They currently have a midfielder that isn't a Defensive or Attacking Midfielder but is there to create chances.
His most underrated Chelsea season for me. 21-22 years old and was already a top 3 player in the league. Not only did he win YPOTY but also finished 2nd in the POTY rankings behind prime Suarez only.
It’ll take decades, if ever, till we Chelsea fans see someone as talented.
@unorthodoxcam
Hazard at 20 became a club legend and won Player of The Year, after carrying Lille to their first league title and double in 6 & 7 decades respectively.
The only thing Foden is better at, is having dead trims and cheating on his partner.
@Tgarratt10
Nah it’s not nostalgia, sadly the rise of tactical football also leads to the downfall of individuality.
Some managers like Tuchel still allow individuality from certain talismans (Neymar 19/20 for example, and he was also begging for one at Chelsea) but most aren’t that way.
Reece James has been like twice the player and I’m not even joking. You can’t use minutes against him either because Foden won with less minutes last season.
Trent was phenomenal too, and has played nearly all games as well. These awards genuinely mean nothing anymore
Literally every player who’s even slightly fugazi/overrated is getting GRILLED today shsksjss.
Futbol had a revival today, no bullshit stats or “analytical” threads trying to brainwash you with waffle, just the entire world WATCHING and not lying about what their eyes witnessed.
