#OSCEMC2025 was full of important bilateral discussions.

PR @NPetrossian held a round table meeting in the framework of the Ambassadors series at the @GIFGRF, an Istanbul-based think tank. The Recent Developments in the South Caucasus and Relations with Türkiye was the general headline of the meeting.

In conversation w/@OSCESecGen Feridun Sinirlioğlu on the margins of #OSCEMC discussed @OSCE activities & normalization of relations with neighbors.

During the meeting w/@DirectorODIHR Maria Telalian noted w/satisfaction our effective cooperation & reaffirmed 🇦🇲’s strong commitment in advancing democratic institutions, rule of law, readiness to work in countering hybrid threats. Discussed regional & humanitarian issues.

Since my last address at #OSCEMC, our region has been undergoing significant transformations. Notably, on Aug 8 D.C., leaders of ARM, AZ & US, as a witness, ✍🏻declaration that established #peace in one of the most volatile & war-torn regions w/in @OSCE area of responsibility. 2/3

Useful discussion w/@SDoughtyMP on developing 🇦🇲-🇬🇧 strategic partnership. Stressed importance of unblocking the full potential of regional connectivity, including through “TRIPP route” project. Addressing growing challenges for democratic institutions is also on our agenda.

In meeting w/@benjaminhaddad appreciated 🇫🇷’s continuous efforts in supporting Armenia’s resilience & path to deepen partnership with EU. This is fully in line with strategic partnership we are developing. Touched upon the upcoming #EPC Summit preparations & regional dynamics.

In Vienna had productive meeting w/🇭🇺@FM_Szijjarto agreeing on concrete steps to further enhance bilateral & 🇦🇲🇪🇺 partnership. Highlighted the growing momentum in partnership w/EU & importance for timely application of existing toolkit. Discussed dynamics of int’l developments.

With my counterpart @AussenMinDE Johann Wadephul discussed ways to further enrich 🇦🇲–🇩🇪 agenda, including the upcoming high-level visits. New Strategic agenda for ARM-EU Partnership also opens promising avenues. Presented our approaches on further institutionalization of peace.

Following discussions of my recent visit to 🇬🇪, today’s meeting w/FM @MakaB__ on margins of #OSCEMC focused on fostering economic coop through enhanced business ties & transport connectivity. Exchanged views on initiatives of regional engagement, including in trilateral format.
