What is the alternative? . Kaenic Rookern is automatically better, increasing your EHP against magic by ~1000 (around 15% DR; if you take 50% magic that's 500+ more damage you can tank) .and a SHIELD that's always bigger than the healing bonus. OR simply buy Maw for obv reasons.
