I was a huge fan of Windsurf, being more unique than others using Cursor. Seeing this saddens me. Time for a new IDE AI software. Either thinking Cursor or straight VS Code with Claude Code & Gemini CLI.

A month ago I had a leadgen campaign that was doing well, but I made a fatal mistake that caused me to start from the beginning:. 1. I told people what I was running.2. What angles I’m using. My campaigns dried up because everyone copied me. Tip: Don’t give away the full sauce.

But I kept my head down, stayed below my means, and trust grandfather that I’ll be okay. I went through hell through those 2 periods. And I’m happy to say I’m back to normal and growing again. I learned a lot during these 2 months and hope to never have to go through it again.

The last 2 months have been a rocky road for me financially. Clients paying late, and got cheated out of $13k. I was concerned that if I’m gonna have to find a 9 to 5 job and be stuck at an office and lose my independence life.

Knowing how to run a click tracker is good, but getting your team to learn to use a click tracker is better. Delegating is a must if you’re gonna expand. Don’t leave everything to yourself

Spent the weekend just straight up reading prompt engineering and playing around with new tools. Learning how to prompt is easy, but learning to build AI agents and multi-agents like managers and orchestrators is a whole new level. AI employees are the future of our team.
