What’s strange is that we have millions of people who are literally a few checks away from being homeless who will spend a lot of their energy shitting on poor people. And the ONLY folks who benefit from it are the already wealthy.

I think one of the reasons why this country is in the place it’s in with these vast wealth gaps is because as a society we have a massive lack of class consciousness. A lot of that is kind of baked into the rugged individualism that is celebrated as a great American Virtue

After that whole video surfaced with the recruit and Brian Kelly who they didn’t even sign I feel like that was the Howard Dean moment for him at LSU. It’s been down hill bad since.
