Aargh, I can’t believe I missed it! Last Saturday was the 20th Anniversary of Toronto Mayor Barbara Hall proclaiming “Toronto Argonotes Day”. (At the Grey Cup victory parade at City Hall. Really. She glanced at the band halfway through reading a proclamation and got rattled.)
