This was for Grade 7 job. 2 grades above my current perm role. I'm sorry I'm no longer settling. I know my value and I'm now going to get it. I can no longer carry on being underpaid.
I just totally undersold myself in an interview and now I'm upset. They even asked me if there is anything else I wanted to add. I forgot to add the details. I added that all in the cover letter but I missed an opportunity to remind them 😭
