If operators were serious about preventing harm, they would share best practice with machine learning algorithms, Their safer gambling policies would aim to prevent harm, not just aim to agree a level of spend with the customer to continue gambling.

How much longer can the gambling industry delay @GamRegGB from regulating properly? What other industry could get away with 200+ versions of “best practice” customer safety measures? Especially when they are shown to be totally ineffective at every gambling suicide inquest?

Like gambling addiction itself, we too are invisible until undeniable. ‘Responsible Gambling’ calls us out individually, to bluff us collectively. The gambling industry is a master educator of inattentional blindness.

Gambling industry innovation is to control the consumer, while its expectation is consumer self-control. Don’t buy their shit.
