We’re in year 7 of this game & year 4 since the last balance patch. You don’t hate this game or else you would have moved on by now, the game doesn’t suck or it wouldn’t be as booming as it is still. The game is flawed but games don’t last this long without support if they’re ass.
give me your BRAVEST 2025 smash take . Mine is that if Sparg0 had gone all Plant at Kagaribi (unless facing Steve) he would have made Top 8 or even won. Ultimate’s meta revolves around perfect gimps OR bleed-out camping -. Plant (incredibly) mitigates both of these by design

You know. As much as I want Ichiban (and/or Kiryu, Majima, or even Akiyama if they skip the main chars) or any LAD representation at all in a new SSB. I think Clive Rosfield FFXVI is my most wanted playable character, he would be so much fun (and likely busted lmao)

I had a controller thrown @ me after losing to me b4. My last interaction w/ someone b4 they moved regions was them tossing a controller under the table & walking away from the friendlies setup. someone pulled a muscle rage popping off vs me. I have yet to lost to Belmont offline.

If Ken was a functioning character at launch I would still be an FGC character. If Greenmachine didn’t get insanely consistent at Falcon dairing Chrom up B, I would still be a Chrom player. I got into comp smash because of Cloud’s S4 announcement but never mained Cloud (/2).

Donkey Kong is such a good work downtime game, I don’t have to put an ounce of thought and have fun, it’s great. E33 still frontrunning GOTY though.

Tbh, I went in with the sole purpose of seeing Monsoon and then I had this run, even clutching up to reverse 3-0 Yosefu, a few input errors that hurt, but overall quite happy with how the event went (& shoutout to TCS & Dinkle & the rest of the TO team for hosting a banger event)
5th in singles at Renaissance, 2nd in dubs with @SebaSoon_ good day good seeing everyone 🫡🫡.
