We informed @RelianceDigital of @SamsungIndia diagnosis, but till today — no action has been taken. Instead, both brands are blaming each other and we, as customers, are left stuck.

They passed it on to @SamsungIndia support. #Samsung technician visited and diagnosed the issue — their team clearly stated that the marks were due to poor installation.

Right after installation, we noticed visible marks on the 65-inch TV. We raised the issue with Reliance Digital and gave feedback on the poor installation experience.
