We trusted your brands. This is not just about a TV — it’s about accountability and basic customer respect.

@RelianceDigital @SamsungIndia — who is accountable? Where is the customer support when your installation damages the product? Why are we forced to chase you for a resolution?

It’s been over a month now. We bought premium TVs expecting great products and reliable service. What we received instead was damage, denial, and complete apathy.

We informed @RelianceDigital of @SamsungIndia diagnosis, but till today — no action has been taken. Instead, both brands are blaming each other and we, as customers, are left stuck.

They passed it on to @SamsungIndia support. #Samsung technician visited and diagnosed the issue — their team clearly stated that the marks were due to poor installation.

Right after installation, we noticed visible marks on the 65-inch TV. We raised the issue with Reliance Digital and gave feedback on the poor installation experience.

@RelianceDigital sent only one unprofessional installer for these large TVs. He forced us to lift both TVs during installation — completely unsafe and unacceptable.

I ordered two #Samsung S90D OLED TVs (65” & 55”) from @RelianceDigital on April 19. What followed has been one of the worst customer service experiences with both @SamsungIndia and @RelianceDigital . A 🧵
