7/ Arbiter flips the game. MEV doesn’t go to whoever bribes the most. It goes to whoever pays LPs the most. That’s how it should be.

6/ 🍰 With Arbiter. One bot wins the auction by paying $80 rent to LPs.It captures the full $100 and generates $20 profit. Thus, Winner earns $20 (2x more than before), block producers receive $0, LPs receive $80.

5/ 🍰 Example: Without Arbiter. Let's say 5 bots fight for $100 of MEV and split it equally.Each will capture $20 but pay a $10 bribe to the block producer. Thus, Block producers receive $50, each bot receives $10, LPs get $0.
