This is actually not bad. It says that r15 will behave like r6. Idk if you guys are devs, but recently when I made my game r6, it was still r15, but it looked and animated like r6 (it has upper arm and lower arm for example, but would still break into 6 pieces on death)
From roblox' internal documents that were leaked in 2022. mentions the removal of R6.

Which is perfectly normal lol, people have and will always hate him when there are drastic changes to the platform. That doesnt mean it will be reverted though.

Btw yes, faces will likely rise in value again slowly once everyone realises its not too bad, and majority of the issue is in the ugc part of the update.
Buy the DIP right now!! Roblox will most likely be reverting the update or adding a toggle between the dynamic/classic face SSHF has sold for less than 200k multiple times today
