Congratulations to member institution @WheelingU54, who received $538,738 from West Virginia Gov. Jim Justice’s Nursing Workforce Expansion Program. Wheeling plans to develop a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree completion program with the award.

3/ & 2nd, during the year of walking, I want to learn to identify, collect, & use dye plants native to Kentucky. I will learn to know what colors they can provide, when to harvest them, how to dry and store them, & how to take what is in the plant & transfer its color into cloth.

3/3 Sowers is a graduate from Sweet Briar College, earning a B.A. in economics. She has an M.A. and a Ph.D. in economics from Claremont Graduate University and earned her charter in the Chartered Financial Analyst program in 2012.
