it's crazy how much weight i've lost since i started working as a waiter. All the walking to work and at work is really paying off! lost about 11Kg (went from 100 to 88.8) in about 3 months and feeling damn good ^^.

I kinda wish that the way it is in Japan when it comes to public transportation about being silent was the norm everywhere. There are few things as annoying as people being loud and obnoxious on a bus or a train. Hot take or common sense, who knows?.
