would actually make stronger laws about affordable housing, demand developers make more affordable housing we could not have the worst homeless crisis since the '70s and '80s.

I got more of an education about living in NYC in the 9 mos. I spent in a wheelchair than I did in the previous 25 years. Getting around town is a nightmare for disabled and old people. And once again, subway elevators are being left in disrepair for weeks and months.
