The disability employment rate has not improved since 2019. Why is that? There are so many disabled people who can and want to work but face barriers to employment. Such as the negative attitudes of employers and a lack of flexibility.

🐾 The Employment team had an amazing day at London Zoo this month! ✨ We got stuck in with some real work experience – from cleaning the lion viewing windows to sweeping and litter picking – and then enjoyed the reward of seeing the incredible animals up close. 🐒
