This is huge. This is absolutely monumental. We just shut down an event honoring Exxon CEO Darren Woods. The whole room fled. We showed up & prevented this monster from uttering a word. We will resist him with all we've got. There is no choice.

Excellent Major #polluters could be jailed for up to 20 years under "ecocide" bill proposed in Scottish Parliament. If successful, would make Scotland 1st part of UK to enforce tough penalties for #ecocide - the mass destruction of environment. https://t.co/yPpM80TMfG

Everybody working at the ABC, reading this: know that this puts you in explicit collaboration and league with Woodside, the WA fossil fuel government and their violent, paid-up security force. You are now helping the planet-wreckers.

@openpoliticsAU @RonniSalt Precocious, eh? At 5yo, no doubt, he’ll prove the Riemann hypothesis and otherwise demonstrate his super-genius credentials (grown from *such* unpromising soil, too). Or, just guessing here, there might be some, um, more prosaic explanation.. 🤔
