I have felt a certain sense of disconnect that is hard to put into words. Mental health has gone both better in some places and worse in others. Overall, there isn’t much to say, other than the very few things I said this year so far.

I am sorry for the silence here, but I appreciate every one of you that listens to what I have shared. Not sure when I will release more music. I feel like this whole community scattering to twitter and bsky has done something to my motivation to do social media.
