Is Ablation Index useful for guiding therapy in the ventricle? For a pre-specified AI, RFA at 30W makes larger lesions than 40W and RFA w/ CF of 25g makes smaller lesions than 15g. Read our new publication @JACCJournals .

Proud to present PVI durability data for the focal PFA as late breaker clinical trial at HRS 2022. ECLIPSE AF trial was performed throughout the COVID pandemic which makes this achievement even greater.

How symbolic. KBC Split EP team performed today it’s first procedure in a new EP lab. It was a pulsed field ablation (Farapulse platform) for a patient with persistent AF despite durable PVI. Next chapter for our team start here!!!!

Cryoballoon seems to beat HPSD in terms of procedural duration and reproducibility. However, 2 hours of mean procedure duration is way too much when compared what high volume EP labs report.
The cryoballoon PV isolation is an effective strategy with a shorter procedure time compared with the high-power, short-duration RFCA in AF patients. #AHAJournals #Epeeps
