Nature Immunology - Boussiotis and colleagues show that the tyrosine phosphatase SHP-2 regulates the differentiation and antitumor function of monocytes downstream of the inhibitory PD-1 receptor.

Σαν σήμερα πριν 7 χρόνια έφυγε η μάνα μου… Για 44 χρόνια σε ένα συρτάρι είχε φυλαγμένα τα κλειδιά του σπιτιού της στη Λάπηθο. Συχνά μας υπενθύμιζε που τα φύλαγε. Να, είναι εδώ μου έλεγε…για όταν θα γυρίσετε! Έφυγε με τον καημό της επιστροφής όπως χιλιάδες άλλοι πρόσφυγες…
Η μάνα μου έφυγε πριν λίγο για το μεγάλο ταξίδι. Μεγάλωσε 8 παιδιά, 5 δικά της και 3 της θείας μου που είναι αγνοούμενη από τις 20 Ιουλίου του 74. Έφυγε και αυτή με τον πόθο να επιστρέψει στο σπίτι της στην Λάπηθο, δεν πρόλαβε… μια μέρα θα επιστρέψουμε εμείς! #Cyprus
