It’s amazing to see everyone from the Conservatives to Reform taking credit for the U-turn on digital ID, when in reality Labour just don’t think policies through before implementing them and keep having to U-turn.

Question for the Labour Party. Now that Digital ID is not going to be mandatory, does that mean the continuation of illegal immigrants, or was Starmer lying when he said digital ID is the way to stop illegal migration?

The government would save so much time, energy and grace if they just thought things through before implementing them instead of U-turning every 30 seconds.

Labour attacked Reform more than they did the Tories during PMQs today. If Labour did a good job, they wouldn’t need to be so scared about the opposition.

They should hold a PMQs where, instead of MPs asking questions, members of the public from each constituency ask them. The public would not let Starmer dodge questions or avoid giving straight answers like the MPs do.

How many times does Starmer have to repeat “just and lasting peace in Ukraine” during PMQs? Does he realise that peace in Ukraine doesn’t answer questions about Denmark or Venezuela?

How does Starmer answer a question about Venezuela with an answer about security in Ukraine? What’s the point of PMQs if he doesn’t answer the actual question?
