This is absoutely true. What AI does it do routine , mundane tasks. It doesn't have much intelligence of its own. And if anything as simple as AI can take your job, it meant you weren't doing any real work to be honest.

It actually makes sense to hire only from IIT. Get their pov - these kids already are the top over thousands of graduates and there's no shortage of them. Companies wanna make business & don't give a damn about giving you opportunity. So accept it whether you like it or not.

Really to be honest! If you are in to coding , you can master a framework, complete a big project or even do 200 leetcode questions. If you want to loose weight, you can easily reduce 5-8 kgs. If you are working on personaitu, you can easily fix sleep schedule, read books etc.

AI code still produces a lots of bugs, most of it happens because of incomplete or lost context. But soon in the next 2 years , advancements in context size and improved inferencing , most of the tasks could be performed using AI.

Now a days everyone just cheats in online assessments and it has become more about who can use claude, chatgpt better. Can't we have a system like - before you start the question, your video gets recorded explaining the approach of the question? @striver_79
