Fifty high school counselors traded their offices for hard hats, spending the day on a construction site to learn about careers in the skilled trades. FOX 10's Danielle Miller reports.

Love all that the Sundt workforce development team is doing! The BuildItAZ initiative brings together government, education, and industry connecting workers with the skills needed for jobs in the state’s construction and trades industry.
