@Deiscirt It seems that your application for citizenship can be processed in 8 months now. What’s not to like ? You don’t need to have worked here and contributed, speak English, give up your original citizenship in many cases, pass any kind of test etc etc

@Deiscirt Simon Harris recently expressed a need to change the social housing allocation policy. He didn’t elaborate as to why. But I suspect this is the problem.

@SOmordha @griptmedia There are over 5,000 with permission to remain bed blocking in IPAS centres presumably because if they were not, emergency accommodation would have to be found for them. Where ? Are they the 5,000 + on the housing list ?
