A great weekend in Connecticut!! Environment was awesome and the weather was incredible! I loved every bit of UCONN! I have learned a lot today and I can’t wait to apply some of it at home! Thank you @ggotgame45 for the invitation to this camp i really enjoyed it! @CoachVUCONN

I had to make a separate post for 18u only because of how special an impact they’ve had on me. They have taught me leadership, responsibility, and how to be a good teammate. They are the perfect example of all of those qualities and i’m so glad i got to be taken under their wing.

What a summer it has been with this team! We have showed grit and determination while also battling some adversity’s. We worked as a team and picked eachother up no matter the situation! We were 26-10-2 on the summer! We’ll be back and better than ever in the Fall. Let’s get to

Therapy Day 2 ✅ Today i got to bend my knee for the first time and moved it from side to side!! I also did some more quad work to improve mobility! Everyday is getting better and easier! Can’t wait to keep getting stronger and improving! @SBRRetweets @ExtraInningSB @lbpowell12

Off to the road for recovery! I had a procedure done yesterday that will put me out for about 3 months. I’m so grateful and thankful for all my doctors who helped me yesterday and got me fixed up! This is just a bump in my road and I will be back and better than ever soon! This
