Hard to have common metrics. Personally would like to know my conversion rate to surgery over 90 days. Wait times for patients to schedule a visit. Patient mix (new, est, pov). How long they wait in clinic. Would help build a more efficient schedule, adjust access & visit times.
Can any surgeons comment on metrics used in surgical clinics to incentivize process improvement and improved access? We found common metrics like ānew patients seen in 10 days%ā and ānew patient mixā may ring true in medical clinics primarily and dont inspire for surgeons.
