Update from Germany’s disruptive innovation initiative @SPRIND on the wallet competition they are holding. I love the principles here on how it’s organised: - Smaller companies (on the left hand side) are funded, but at the end of the competition have to open source their wallet

A main focal point in Stage 2 is non-traceability and unlinkability for the wallet's security. For these topics, we'll be supporting batch issuance and single-use credentials 👀.

The UX will receive a lot of attention in Stage 2. We're especially excited about less-trodden paths like the UX for trust management. The User Experience must be great for anyone, regardless of background or technology level.

The wallet will be extended from just receiving/presenting the PID to receiving/presenting any credential, or as they're called in the ARF (Qualified) Electronic Attestation of Attributes ➡️ (Q)EAA

In addition to our Stage 1 PID options C and B', in Stage 2, we will add the C' option. This is mainly to increase user reach, as many Android devices still don't support HSM.
