We planted the first 5 hectares (woohoo!) - massive thanks to the @SYNDGhana team 🙏 We set up the legal structure so each AngryTeenager token holder can legally claim the carbon offsets earned by its square of forest. #carbonneutrality

So we broke down the project into smaller pieces, starting with a 5 hectare #forest We got the project approved by @VerraStandards , so the carbon offsets that each Forest Token earns are highly trustable and have a high market value.

We originally planned to sell Forest Tokens to fund a 200 hectares forest. Each token would be uniquely linked to a specific square of land in the project and would earn carbon credits as the forest grew. Then the crash came. Money dried up. We needed a new plan. #pivot
