@AngryMike24 Great analysis. IMO, the problem that Pete faces is that his defense is a net negative. His overall value decreases when adding the defense, to the point that his bWAR is actually less that either Bregman or Vlad even with his overall numbers being better.

@AngryMike24 Great work!! You put in the time and effort. I had it in mind that Boras and Alonso would be seeking a lot more in AAV and years. In my opinion I don’t see Alonso continuing that offensive pace and defensively he will continue to downgrade.
