Here for Ukraine. 1/4 Ukrainian 3/4 regular human. Pragmatic. Always strive to be fair because, if nothing else, hell is a possibility. Russia = terrorist state
Thank you for drawing our attention to some damaged and destroyed equipment. As a Canadian taxpayer I will obviously be happy to help pay for replacements and a lot more. Also will make more personal donations.
Any fellas online who are interested in fighting russian propaganda that has huge political influence in Canada check out my pinned tweet and search for more videos from Toronto. These people are going virtually unopposed. I know a lot of people like them personally.
@DGisSERIOUS
It was a brilliant PR move. Friends on my personal social media who never usually like or comment on my Ukraine related posts are reacting extremely positively to the Leibovitz photographs. The photographs tell many stories, too. Important and iconic.

They don’t bother to read the Vogue article, which was written by a serious journalist, who was a NY Times bureau chief and usually writes for the Atlantic.
@Teoyaomiquu
He has lost a lot of his guys. His power may depend on them at home. Also, a few months back, Zelensky talked about how Kadyrov cares about his guys & will trade anyone for them in prisoner exchanges. And the people are fed up with them returning dead or wounded.

@thekillers
Look at Russians on Telegram celebrating videos of Ukrainians being castrated and otherwise tortured and executed for context... Russia isn’t popular in its former colonies for some mysterious reason…
On a road trip and stop at a gourmet taco stand on a farm that someone at work was raving about. I have seen many things, but this is my first Ukrainian Mexican fusion. Homemade by Mexicans and Ukrainians who are here because of the war. Totally unexpected and top notch
This is a poignant scene that I will never forget from the first month of the full-scale invasion. I was terrified Odesa at the time. Sound required. I saw it shared prior to this, but want to highlight Bon Jovi shared it

After the war, someone needs to write a book about those who tried to help russia destroy Ukraine so their disgraceful behaviour is preserved in perpetuity

So now, even though no one knew who that guy was, you are ok with little girls and boys being raped by russian soldiers. Missile strikes on apartment buildings are fine with you. And this is fine to you too:
@UkraineAidOps
So you've improved safety by delivering very little? I have been so disappointed by the few deliveries posted about since Harri left. It's like the organization fell asleep. I was disappointment in him for not getting back sooner and getting to work but now the cause is clear.
Some may find this interesting. I can buy Ukrainian scarves at the gas station on the Indian Reserve by my little town because they are also Kokum scarves. Kokum means grandmother in Cree. Indigenous people call them that across Canada regardless of their traditional language.
I see many Ukraine supporters who don't demand transparency from their favourite organizations and individuals having lots of fun dragging
@DefactoHumanity
around the playground by her hair. I don't know her & have hardly donated to her campaigns, but what I observe disgusts me.

I’m pretty sure it is what I am thinking. Cannabis legalization has worked great in Canada. Tax revenue and quality control. Funny enough, less teens smoking it! People can grow up to 4 plants at home. The first government shop in 2018:

The world needs to see more discussion the horror that unfolds in occupied territories and more of the graphic imagery of what russia is doing, so people can't later pretend or even truthfully state that they didn't know.

I didn’t know rape and castration were Christian values. Have you seen the horrific stuff that Russians enjoy on their social media? They are super into raping men. You can look for yourself

It costs €4,295,400 So many people are sharing photos of the helicoptor instead of sharing the fundraiser. Here is the fundraiser if anyone wants to help raise money to buy it:
@KyivIndependent
I remember this very well. Ukrainians crowdfunded for Byraktar TB2's but the company decided to donate them, so the satellite service was one of the things done with the money instead
🧵1/2 Instead of financing Nazi regime in Kiev, 🇨🇦, 🇺🇲, and other members of the “war club” should convince Zelensky to abandon his obsession with war he cannot win, to lay down arms, to stop butchering people, to voluntarily subject 🇺🇦 to de-nazification and de-militarization,

whom I began following, for much needed comic relief, when I first opened this account at the start of the full scale invasion. You should be profiled, too!
@cossackgundi
Never seen anything remotely similar in terms of Ukraine’s utilization of social media. I have noted officials of allied nations now occasionally trolling... Greetings from a motel in the boonies in Canada 😺

@jabuttee
They are arguing over whether anything is actually happening or not. They struggle to define a coup and don’t seem familiar with the term “attempted coup.” Someone is explaining to them that Wagner is not the Russian army
@ mykolapastux is a fake fella. It used that stolen pfp until a few hours ago, pretends to be Ukrainian but doesn’t interact with any Ukrainian accounts, and just deleted this post saying Ukraine doesn’t need our help. More screen shots of its behavior in the thread. ⬇️

The right way isn't acting like nothing happened, letting him have a nervous breakdown, & waiting to say something until he does. The right way isn't a jaw dropping decrease in the number of photos and videos of deliveries to save lives in Ukraine.
@Val_Voshchevska
I'm seeing middle aged western men complaining that it is frivolous fluff. They obviously are in need of glasses or a larger monitor because they think Zeleneska and Zelenskyy look like they are enjoying themselves in a glamorous photo shoot.
@terrelljstarr
So true. Code Pink is funded via the co-founder's husband who has extremely close ties with the Chinese government. Not surprisingly Code Pink hates the Uyghurs too.
@YoniMichanie
Welcome to Ukraine. For example, it took the UN until October to verify a video russians released in April of its soldiers beheading a Ukrainian soldier. Until then Ukraine's outrage was just a "claim." Hopefully your video evidence isn't just reported as unverified claims, too

I was a loyal Dove customer until today because of its marketing. I didn't know it is still in Russia. I will boycott all

The desire for attention outweighs all other considerations for some. Today, the Ukrainian government asked people not to share this type of info, so now we get to see who still sprays information like a toddler with diarrhea.
@IlvesToomas
NY Times has way too many defeatist takes on Ukraine. I cancelled my subscription of 10+ years back in May, only days before that awful editorial from the editorial board trying to get the US Gov to stop supporting Ukraine.
@thekillers
Obviously it was a cynical stunt, probably intended to raise your profile (profits) in russia, because you said “a russian” rather than just naming the musician or his band.
@Harri_Est
That is awful! People need to ask those in the know before donating… If it hasn’t come through already, I sent you guys just over $250 US a few days ago via bank transfer but it was not easy. Once you get an easy donation system in place your donations will ramp up.
Ukrainian soldier says that the Ukrainian side used freshly delivered American M777 howitzers to smash 70+ Russian military vehicles to pieces as they tried to cross the Siverskyi Donets River on May 9th.
UAO posted this (and then deleted it) after
@Harri_EST
posted a statement that UAO had moved his warehouse (he founded UAO and was its heart and soul) and replaced him, so total BS here.

The people complaining about the photographs need their eyes examined. They are haunting remarkable portraits. Gaining huge positive response even from people who have shown little to no interest in Ukraine previously.

All the new fellas should know about

More unsolicited mom advice: Make sure it has healed properly before you put it to the test. It will be much harder to fix and could cause far more long term problems if it tears open etc. I learned many valuable lessons regarding injuries etc the hard way, as have people I know
@ianbremmer
It was a bad idea if you don't understand the power of superb photography to tell a story and impact people. Nothing I have shared on my personal social media related to Ukraine has gained more likes than that photograph. The Leibovitz photographs have huge positive traction.
@TetyanaWrites
I hope I can make you laugh. In late February, I never would have imagined that ten months later people, me included, would be concerned for Zelensky’s safety because he isn’t in Ukraine, even though he undoubtably has as much or more protection as that provided to US presidents
@dave43law
@RishiSunak
Canadians and others sacrificed a lot in WWII for you to enjoy your freedom. Have a think about that before condemning helping Ukrainians.
@jacksonhinklle
Not held in Russia because Putin traded them for POW’s he wanted back in August 2022. No one of importance respects Putin anymore and everyone knows he breaks deals frequently so Turkey let them go home.
@Harri_Est
They aren't you because I have seen very little UAO info on deliveries and fundraising since you left. I can't see them achieving anywhere near the same results without you. If you can't get it back you can use your magic to bring the same results to another org
@ParanoidUnchain
@reshetz
The most pathetic is definitely Russia. If only it had stayed home it could have maintained the illusion of being a potentially invincible superpower. Now...

Taking it down to the level of popular culture in Ukraine, what language is spoken in the tv show Servant of the People, which was produced by Zelensky and helped him get elected? It’s on Netflix and YouTube.

@DVKirichenko
Stop raising money for Ukraine and raise it to hire NAFO staff? No thank you. Our primary function is fundraising to aid the war effort.
