Last day of training, things started to click. Better load, my swing starts with hips instead of hands, & my bat is on plane deeper in the zone. I can’t overstate how thankful I am for @RPrigatano & the @DrivelineBB staff for pushing me to new limits & sharing their expertise.

I decided to buy into the process & completely rebuild my swing from the ground up. By focusing on the process & not caring about initial outcomes, I’ve started to transform my swing.

3 major flaws. I had no load, my swing was all arms, & I had a negative bat path to the ball. Data & video collected over the week showed my dragging down across my body to compensate for little or no hip rotation, causing me to roll over or hit weak flares to opposite field.

Thank you to the city of Jordan for hosting the state tournament! The mini met is one of the coolest, most well kept ball parks I’ve ever played at. I can’t forget to mention the umpire teams who helped make the experience so enjoyable.
