Finally someone is listening,spoke to a lovely local lady yesterday and she's now sending me text updates so I don't have to keep ringing Sky.

Can everyone please tweet @Sky for me so they will listen!!!!,going to network team for 4th time and still not telling me correct information everytime one of us rings,sick of being fobbed off and they're NOT working to fix the problem,nearly 3 weeks now!!.

So glad I have my music back to reset myself,so fed up of being angry,anxious,crying and stressed last 2 weeks,need my mental health back on an even keel,one more thing goes wrong and I'm going to loose my shit so taking happy moments .

So fed up of sky saying they will do things and NOT DO THEM!!,this whole Internet crap stressing me out,better get it sorted today or I'm off elsewhere,hubby currently on the phone to them to sort it.

Stress has aggrevated all my health issues over last 2 weeks.

New sky router has arrived and now we wait until tomorrow morning for Sky to phone and get this set up,please all keep your fingers crossed that it will work as last thing to try now,either that or I'm off to a new Internet provider and risk loosing my compensation.

Know most Aaliyah fans aren't loving this but I've had it in my head for days and been unable to listen due to no Internet .

And im back!!,awaiting a new router from sky coming today but can't set it up until tomorrow. Rang Gynaecology and waiting list is 29 weeks!!!!,I've only been on waiting list for 4 weeks,complete waste of time,these last 2 weeks have really ground me down 😭.

Day 8 of no Internet saga:city fibre and sky both blaming each other!!!,I let hubby ring cos I couldn't cos I would loose my shit,now sending us another router what I asked for on Monday and I wasn't listened to!!!,You can sing for payment this month as I'm not paying anything!!!.

Let's see what crap and excuses City Fibre will fob me off with today,just fix my bloody Internet 😒.

Situation is no idea when Internet will be fixed,absolutely no idea what's wrong with it either so if anyone needs me text me or ring for the foreseeable,I'm absolutely lost being cut off from the world. Having to wait until Thursday for now 🙄.
