This is a stark reminder of the vulnerability of NHS staff and the increasing levels of abuse they receive. My thoughts are with all the staff at the practice.
clearly this is awful, thankfully everyone is okay if very shaken. @NHSSYICB will be undertaking a campaign of no tolerance to abusive behaviour toward our fantastic staff who deserve better. Fortunately this is very much the minority.
