Off the back of the EF’s recent announcements, Vitalik dropped a new post: “Simplifying the L1.” In it, he lays out a long-term vision to streamline $ETH's base layer — arguing that it needs to be as simple as $BTC in five years if it wants to be the world’s settlement layer.

Interesting pov Applied to blockchain technology I will say: - In 2025 most of blockchain data are tried to be rendered via multiple tools (like subgraph and so on) to be human readable. - In 2025 blockchain should the open ledger for Financial (and not) data publically
It's 2025 and most content is still written for humans instead of LLMs. 99.9% of attention is about to be LLM attention, not human attention. E.g. 99% of libraries still have docs that basically render to some pretty .html static pages assuming a human will click through them.
