This nicely extends our previous work in macaque cortex, where with Julien Vezoli, Pascal Fries, and others, we demonstrated feedforward/feedback counter-streams at gamma/beta. Nice to see cross-species convergence!.

And in almost perfect synchrony with the Jia paper, @GijsPlomp and Elham Barzegaran demonstrate feedforward and feedback modules in the local field potentials with gamma feeding forward and lower frequencies feeding back. @AllenInsitute neuropixels data.
