Can someone please explain the following?. I have a *new* keyboard, but all of a sudden the shift+2 and shift+5 keys ("at" and "percent") stopped working. The 2 and the 5 work, but not the Shift+2 or Shift+5. I need those two characters. I don't know what to do.

Can anyone save me?. Windows 11.Brand new keyboard is connected. Special function keys work, like change window/desktop button. But it will not type letters or numbers. Keyboard works in bios. Googled my fingers to the bone on my phone. Going crazy.
