Aliyev’s speech on historical falsification was rather pathetic and a shot on its own foot. Aliyev went on saying first “Azerbaijani nation is old”, and then added “You can find on the Tzarist Russian maps”. Indeed, you can’t find on any maps before the Tzarist Russia.
