Only Jesus can defeat him. He knows it. But if we don’t give him the foothold he needs to hold a position in our lives, in our government, or in our community, there’s no way he can win. (6/7)

The body of Christ needs to stay focused on Jesus. We need to worship, praise, and pray to the point that the devil is put in his place and must flee. (5/7)

I truly think that is what this is now: let’s keep people out of church; let’s scare people into thinking they need to rely on doctors, politicians, and the media more than God; let’s divide the people along race lines and gender lines so that hate runs rampant. (4/7)

Satan thinks, ‘God loves man and created him in His image? Let’s destroy that image and do everything possible to keep God’s people from experiencing His promises.’ (3/7)

But we’re greatly flawed because of the fall in Gen 3. Satan entered the earth & tried to destroy God’s image. The devil knows he loses. He’s not God. He knows the end of the story before it happens— but that doesn’t stop him from trying 2 destroy all he can in the process. (2/7)

The imago dei is the image of God. We were created in His image, not because we look like Him— He can take the form of man, but He isn’t one— but because we are created to be creators, to represent Him, and to rule the earth. (1/7)
