@Amgueddfa_Lib The end of the 1st session, in May 1915, was marked by a 'tea, which was tip top' and a cake inscribed 'Oes y byd i'r Iaith Cymraeg. Dosbarth Cymraeg, Llanidloes, 1914-15'. Idea for @popethcymraeg ?😆

@Amgueddfa_Lib Have a little more info - it was invented by Joseph Manuel (1874-1956) from Llanidloes. He seems to have run his first classes in 1914-15 in the town, and published a few things including this accompanying booklet.
