Hannah, who is a member of our Ambitious Youth Network, recently teamed up with @DCPcampaign to write a letter to the Prime Minister asking him to save EHC plans. After 10,000 people signed the letter, Hannah visited Downing Street yesterday to hand it in. @sensecharity
