I praise the very good Guinness. If I’m unlucky enough to get a poor one that also gets a mention. The glass put me off straight away and the G wasn’t anywhere near as good as usual in Shenanigans, Liverpool this afternoon. Thoughts?

I was handed this by the barman at The Slug & Lettuce in Cardiff yesterday. I refused it. Told him to do a 2 pour. What a difference.

The Jota news yesterday stopped me in tracks. Got nothing done the rest of the day. Thought @talkSPORT were excellent how they covered it. Felt the same when I heard the news about Gary Speed in 2011. Bloody tragic.
