If you charge something to your room at the front desk write your name and room number down and then take that piece of paper with you and destroy it. If you think you've lost a key go down right away and have them rekey it.. never use the digital key on the app either. 3/4

Always lock the deadbolt the second you get in your room! When you check in and they ask for the name you hand them your ID... if a man gets off the elevator with you and stays behind you, walk past your room and down the stairs if needed. 2/4
