Our 1st- 4th graders did an amazing job at our music and art showcase this week sharing their diverse talents. What great energy and enthusiasm! They sang so proudly and presented their clay and watercolor creations to their families.

Alpine, supported by @SVVSFoundation and AEPTO, is launching two hydroponic gardens, offering students opportunities in plant biology and sustainable agriculture. Led by Mr. Currie and his class, this initiative enhances the curriculum and encourages environmental stewardship.

Thanks to the dedication of our Kindness Club and the efforts of students across the school, Alpine has earned recognition as a Certified Kindness School by Special appreciation goes to Mr. Hora and Ms. Daley for spearheading this initiative. @SVVSDSupt

The VEX-IQ Mountain Lion Challenge is creating quite a buzz, with 28 teams coming together in a spirit of friendly competition. It's incredible to see our Alpine teams, along with other participants from around SVVSD, showcasing their skills. @SVVSDSupt @KarlaAllenbach

1st graders traveled around North America on SVVSD's giant map! We explored the compass rose and directions, landforms and bodies of water, and human geography components. #StVrainStorm

Students explored Sandstone Ranch, studying plant and animal adaptations in wetlands and grasslands. Using field guides, they formed hypotheses and collected data, learning scientific methods. This experience enhanced their connection to ecosystems and fostered a love for nature.

Dive into creativity with Discover and Do at Alpine Elementary! From canning pickles, crafting signs to launching film canister rockets, our 4-H class is filled with fun and learning! 📸🍪 Can’t wait to make a scrapbook and learn cookie decorating soon! What should we try next?

OUR KINDERGARTENERS had an AWESOME time at Miller Farm! We hopped on a BIG TRACTOR TRAILER and took a bumpy ride through the fields. We felt like real farmers! 🚜.Then, we became SUPER PICKERS and picked yummy veggies right from the ground! We found carrots, potatoes, and corn.

Alpine 1st graders welcomed Greenwood Wildlife Rehabilitation Center into our classrooms. We explored animal bone replicas to discover how animal body parts help them survive. Students also learned about Sharing the Planet with wildlife. @KarlaAllenbach @StVrainSupt
