Cancer prevention through vaccination.
Among women aged 20–24 years, the first cohort to receive papillomavirus vaccine, #CervicalCancer incidence rate in the #USA declined by about 65% from 2012-2019. Need more efforts to increase vaccination in low-uptake states to maximize the benefit.

A new large study led by @AmericanCancer @ErikaReesPunia in @JAMAOnc shows adult #cancer survivors have an increased risk for bone fractures, specifically pelvic & vertebral fractures. Clinical guidance recommended to prevent future risk. @ACS_Research
