Sadly, you can’t. I’ve always lived with kindness, and desire to be loved by everyone. Grateful to be ‘good’ in almost all encounters book. There will be little mistakes, and non-meaningful perception of few about you. Don’t focus on that. Values and kindness only matters.

A good communication skills is not only important but attractive. Personally, I lose interest when someone lacks it. To be able to express yourself in comfort and discomfort. In addition to this, emotional intelligence and ego/self control triple the attractivness. Strive for it

There is YouTube. Your interest is guided project? online courses, some free. Most of these are much better than paying exorbitant fee to someone (most likely not expert) to teach you basics on WhatsApp group. There are some basics you shouldn't charge but connect them resources

Young leaders need to build on their EQ and comms skills. They can be firm, assertive without being arrogant. When they lead, they need to inspire people with words and action. PS- Wanted to join a popular org chapter in Ilorin. Lost enthusiasm in the lead. Suspend my interest.
