What a sense of freedom. Traveling by myself, doing whatever I want at any moment, feeling rested, calm, in control of my life… being able to afford this vacation and enjoying my own company. I don’t remember ever feeling like this. Is this sobriety? WOW.

When I was on my walk this morning, I had to call an ambulance because a British tourist had a heatstroke. He recovered quickly but, people, be careful FFS . Walk on the dark side.

Yesterday I put on new sneakers to go for a hike and oh, surprise, I have blisters all over my feet. My head wanted it to be the perfect excuse not to go out, but here I am, with the worst walking shoes in the world but I’ve made it to the lake. Little wins

Yesterday I had the best day. A friend I love very much but rarely see invited me to his house for lunch, and I left at midnight. I haven't laughed so much in a long time. And I thought sobriety was going to be boring . 🧡.

Today’s plan is to take a walk to El Prado Museum and enjoy this lovely and not so unbearably hot day. I don’t know why art museums make me so happy, but they do. That’s the Royal Palace

I finally managed to sleep almost 10 hours straight, thanks to @ScrtDrugAddict ‘s advice. No, he doesn’t prescribe sleeping pills or sings great lullabies, he just gives the best support and advice on recovery, sobriety and mental health. 🖤.

Since I spent my entire college time drunk and high, I wasn't entirely convinced I'd finished it. I was never asked for it in any of my passed jobs so I never applied for my official degree, too scared to learn I didn't make it. Well, guess what I just received. 🤘.

BIG ANNOUNCEMENT !!! . My song “Every Time” is out on the 29/7/25 (next Tuesday). It’s the second release of my new EP coming in august. I wrote this song about the pain I felt in my childhood from a lack of a relationship with my mum and about my first heartbreak. 🫶🏻
