The AISD Board of Trustees approved a 2020-21 tax rate of $1.4325 (2.6 cents lower than last year). How does this impact taxpayers? The avg. market value of a residence rose $372,578 to $374,902. Even with the increase, school taxes on this property would decrease $37.
